a New York–based creative production company rooted in story, culture, and community impact. With over 10 years of combined experience in photography, videography, editing, and media training, we create cinematic visuals that elevate brands, document milestones, and amplify voices that deserve to be seen and heard.

Founded by Isiah Alphonso, Phonso Studios was built on the belief that storytelling is a tool for transformation. From global brand campaigns and investor-backed Kickstarter launches to trusted NYC DOE partnerships, our work bridges commerce and community. We produce with intention — blending strategy, creativity, and execution to create visuals that move audiences and generate real-world results. Our work spans commercial, experiential, and cultural storytelling, with clients including Coexist Gaming, Hewlett-Packard, Google, Estée Lauder, Bayer Aspirin, Genshin Impact, and New York Liberty Cruises.

Beyond production, we are deeply committed to youth empowerment and mentorship, with a particular focus on supporting young men’s mental health and creative network access for all. That commitment materialized as The Space, Brooklyn, NY — a multi-use creative safe haven for arts, collaboration, and cross-networking. For two years, it served as a hub for creators, entrepreneurs, and youth before closing in December 2022 when the leased location was no longer available for renewal. Though the physical space closed, the mission continues: build access, cultivate community, and create pathways where none previously existed.

Isiah Alphonso is a multidisciplinary visual storyteller, Founder & CEO of Phonso Studios, a New York–based production company specializing in cinematic photography, videography, and branded content. Born in Guyana and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Isiah began his creative career at age 14, mastering portrait and event photography throughout New York City before expanding into travel and commercial production. His work is guided by the belief that “If extraordinary is possible, then good just isn’t good enough,” a philosophy reflected in his detail-driven, visually immersive approach.

In addition to cultivating an all-star team here at Phonso Studios, Isiah is a martial arts practitioner, and mentor to emerging creatives. Through his work, he continues to build visual narratives that merge culture, precision, and cinematic depth.

Bianca Hudson

Strategic Communications | Operations Manager

Bianca Hudson is the Strategic Communications and Operations Lead at Phonso Studios, serving as both a systems architect and hands-on Producer. Born in Linden, Guyana, her relationship with media began early — making her first television appearance at age six on Linden JTV peaking her interest into performing arts in her early childhood into teenage years, before transitioning into telecommunication and media sale for 10+ years. That early exposure sparked a lifelong connection to storytelling, creative expression, building networks and executing curated systems.

Multifaceted by nature, she oversees logistics, talent coordination, client communication, and execution — ensuring each production runs with precision and intention
